Description

Easy-to-read dial. Get the right consistency in your homemade jellies with this accurate, well-calibrated jelly thermometer. Most jellies require a cooking temperature of 220ºF or you end up with a runny syrup. Made of durable stainless steel with an adjustable clip for attaching to the side of your jelly pot. Registers from 100º–400ºF (50º–200ºC) in 10º increments. 6.5”L and 2”D glass face.

Also provides pinpoint accuracy for monitoring candy-making, deep frying and meat or poultry temperatures.
