Description

Low profile and highly effective! Ideal for weeping landscape trees and shrubs with low-hanging branches. Rich brown color blends in with natural wood mulch. Slow-release design allows water to trickle from two high-tech emitters over a 4 to 6 hour period. This ensures that water reaches the root zone where it is absorbed, minimizing wasteful runoff. Hydrates the root ball and surrounding soil, encouraging plants and trees to be better established. Product color may vary.

  • Capacity: Holds up to 15 gallons of water.
  • Drip Time: Slow-release, 4 to 6 hours.
  • Low-Profile Design: Visually unobtrusive. Use on all trees and shrubs.
  • Double Emitters: Distributes water evenly across the root area for complete coverage.
  • Tree Size: Fits trees and shrubs with trunks of up to 6-inches in diameter.
  • Stake Tab: Handy feature for securing the watering bag around trees or shrubs in case of wind or other unwanted bag movement.
  • Easy-Fill Cap: For convenient filling and sealing. Fits most hose sizes.
  • Approximate Measurements: 5.5-6" center opening, 34.5-35" width

The Arbor Springs Tree Watering Bag is great! It helped immensely during dry weather last summer and I never had to worry that the water was not soaking in due to the slow release of water from this system.

Great Watering Tool!
Bought this to water our peach tree and it works great! When watering, I fill the bag as much as possible and then let it drip throughout the day. It gets deep into the roots of the tree, which I needed to do. I was having problems with the leaves turning yellow and falling off from lack of water. Now that I am using the watering bag the leaves have stopped turning yellow and the tree is growing well. Great product that I highly recommend to all!

Tree watering bags
I live in the high desert and needed away to make sure my trees were taken care of. I have had 2 different hoses break so far this year. So I decided to try these watering bags filling them get easier if you just think about it I use a brass nozzle to fill my bags and shut it off each time a bag is filled. So far my trees are loving the water they have been getting, now I know how much they are getting and can count on it. I have had 1 bag quit so far and am trying to get the info to get it repaired. However I currently have 12 of these bags and count on getting even more to take care of all my dwarf trees as well as my pecan trees and citrus trees. So far I am very happy with my bags and would recommend them to anyone wanting to make sure their young trees get the necessary water they need.

arbor springs tree watering bag
This is a great item. Just planted a new tree in Texas and it needs 15 gallons of water every 3 days. With the onslaught of the very high temperatures over 100 degrees my husband was carrying out 15 gallons of water in the heat. Used this tree bag, it was so easy to fill up the 15 gallons at once and the slow delivery of water has saved us our backs and our tree looks great in spite of the high temperatures. Thanks. Nancy

Arbor Springs Tree Watering Bag
I purchased this Watering Bag early in 2017. I needed to water young street trees the city put in for me. I didn't want a hose laying across the sidewalk. The bag worked well for maybe one or two months. Then I noticed a leak on the seam. Soon there were many leaks around the seam. I eventually removed the bag and resorted to hand watering.

Inconvenient to use.
Not easy to pour the water in the bag. The bag, once filled with water, is hard to move.
I USE 2 of 1.5 Gal bottles for vinegar with a very small hole drilled at the bottom. They are very easy to fill and carry.
