A taste of both worlds! Grow your own sweet and mild burgundy asparagus spears that are sweet enough to eat fresh – best used in salads and vegetable platters. Purple color will fade to green when cooked. You’ll also receive highly productive green asparagus plants that yield jumbo-sized green spears that are choice for cooking.
