Description

Mid-season beauty. Round-to-oval tubers with a rich purple skin and moist golden flesh. Good for a wide range of cooking, but excels when fried. Disease-resistant to scab and verticillium wilt. University of Idaho introduction. Certified organic! Matures in 90-100 days. Certified Organic by MOFGA Certification Services, LLC.

Potatoes with more color are healthier.

I wanted to grow an interesting-looking potato with my grandchildren and this variety looks amazing!

How many seed potatoes are in a pound?

There are 5-8 tubes in a 1 lb bag

Can I purchase the grown and have them shipped or is this strictly purchasing the seeds? I live in southern part of Michigan?

These are only offered as seed potatoes nothing any larger.

How much will 1 pound of these seed potatoes produce?

great looking stock
I purchased several organic seed potatoes all arrived in amazing shape crisp and firm, Just got them in the ground but I think they will be amazing.
