Why are the leaves on my blueberry plants turning brown on the tips?

Hi Ruby, this can happen for a number of reasons but primarily its due to not enough water. I would make sure that you are keeping the soil moist.

Are there any restrictions on what time of year this product can be used?

I can't find my bag right now or I'd read the instructions but I'd say there are no time restrictions. You'd want to try and disturb the roots as little as possible in growing season. The best advice I can give is to make sure you test your soil first, don't guess. Only then use this or whatever product is called for.

Does what it's supposed to. Can't ask for more than that. Be sure to physically test Ph before using and you may be surprised at what you might need.
