Large, red-tinged grapes with excellent, mild flavor. This variety produces clusters of sweet fruit on overachieving, easy-care vines that are disease-resistant and heat-tolerant. Ripens mid September. Best pollinator: Cowart.

BEST ANSWER: It's a good choice for a ros?? or a dessert wine. One of the most famous brands is Miss Scarlet, which is made in Mississippi. It's quite popular in the SOuth.

Scarlet Muscadine
I ordered the trio of Muscadine grapes all were well established vines. They all started to bare by the third year. The Scarlet has become the favorite of my vineyard.
