About the Brew-Tea-Ful™ Tea Camellia

Brew-Tea-Ful™ Tea Camellia (Camellia sinensis) is a versatile, easy-to-grow tea plant that lets you enjoy freshly brewed green tea, black tea, or blossom tea right from your garden. This evergreen shrub thrives in USDA Zones 7-9, making it an excellent choice for hedges, containers, or as a landscape accent. Its glossy green leaves and seasonal blooms add beauty year-round. In colder regions, it can be overwintered indoors to keep fresh tea leaves available year-round.

How to Grow Brew-Tea-Ful™ Tea Camellia

This low-maintenance shrub prefers full sun to part shade and moist, well-drained, acidic soil (pH 4.0-5.5). Keep the soil evenly moist, and trim 1-2 times per year to shape and encourage new growth. Harvest leaves year-round to enjoy a variety of teas, and in colder climates, it can be overwintered indoors as a container plant.
With its rich flavor, ornamental appeal, and easy-care nature, Brew-Tea-Ful™ Tea Camellia is the perfect addition for tea lovers looking to grow and brew their own homegrown tea.

May be covered by USPP #33,458 or other patents.
