Description
The finishing touch for your signature home-brew! Hops do best in part-shade to full sun and will start providing you with beer-making ingredients as quickly as one year after planting. These perennials grow fast and vigorously, so plan on trellising them to support the productive bines. Use the harvested hops early in the brewing process to add a pleasant bitterness and good “nose.” Hops also act as a preservative to keep your beer fresher, longer. All plants in this collection are self-pollinating, but will yield more/larger cones if you plant the other varieties nearby.
