Description
The very best baking potato! Developed by the University of Maine, Caribou Russet is a mid-season potato with real flavor and good keeping ability. Medium yields of good-looking, oval russeted tubers love cold climates (New England and northern-tier states on the Canadian border). Great for mashing and has a beautiful fry color. Resistant to golden nematode, scab and verticillium wilt. New potatoes can be harvested beginning about 7-8 weeks after planting. Certified Organic by MOFGA Certification Services, LLC.

If planting is delayed on your bareroots, store crowns at 40?? F and 85%-90% humidity. Do not let free water accumulate on them, but it is important not to let them dry out. I would plant within 10 days from receipt.
