Early producer with big flavor! Large, firm-fleshed round white Irish potato with a moist, waxy texture. Good for baking and boiling. Stores well. Resistant to potato beetles, leafhoppers, and flea beetles. Leaves are somewhat hairy. Cornell University introduction. Certified organic! Matures in 70-90 days.
