Description
A healthy rainbow of superfood! A beautiful heirloom chard, sporting colors of brilliant pink, yellow, orange, red, and white stalks. Very mild and tasty, and highly ornamental; pretty enough to mingle in your flower garden. A farm-market favorite and very easy to grow. The trick is soaking the seeds in warm water for 15 minutes prior to planting. Sauté, use in stews and soups or mix tender young leaves into salad for a superfood treat.
