Description
No more weekly sowing. Finally, a cilantro variety that keeps on giving beyond one harvest. This cut-and-come-back herb takes it time before bolting/flowering, saving time, money and replanting chores. The leaves are slightly larger than traditional types, with a wonderful, bright pungency so well suited to Mexican and Asian dishes. Use fresh in salsas, tacos, as a pasta garnish, or replace lettuce with cilantro on sandwiches for an extra nutritional and flavor kick. Soak seeds overnight in water for best germination rates. Also known as coriander. Photo courtesy of Baker Creek Heirloom Seed.
