Description
A carb-watcher’s salvation… now you can make homemade jellies and jams without sugar! Pomona’s Pectin is a sugar-free, preservative-free, low-methoxyl citrus pectin that is activated by calcium. Because it doesn’t require any sugar to jell, you can be in full control of how much sugar you add: a little, a lot or even none at all. If you want the sweetening effect without the sugar spike, you can use honey, fructose, sucanat, stevia, Splenda, xylitol or concentrated fruit juice in place of sugar.
Save time by doubling or even tripling Pomona’s time-tested recipes, which are included in every box. Pomona’s Pectin has an indefinite shelf life.
