All-Season Blueberry Collection
Description
The secret to success is in the soil. Blueberries like their soil pH on the acidic side, between 4.5 and 5.0. Adding a soil acidifier (then checking the pH) will give you quart after quart of fat, super-nutritious berries for the entire blueberry season. While blueberries are self-pollinating, the other varieties will serve to give you an abundance of fruit.

How will they do in 110 degree heat of summer we get in Amarillo area?
BEST ANSWER: I have had no problems with mine in Missoiri with very hot and humid summers. I lost my first one because they like acid soil so I dig the soil out and put in peat moss. Once established they do not have a problem but I so rop dress with 2 cu ft of peat every spring. In the summer O put up a pvc box and cover it with row covers to keep birds from eating my berries but they love the heat and humidity and get more berries every year.

If these are coming in a 1 gallon pot, will they produce the first season? If not when should we expect them to produce?
BEST ANSWER: We appreciate you reaching out to us. The plants that we ship are approx. 1 year old and won't be mature enough to be fruit for another 2-3 years after planting.

how far apart do we plant them?
BEST ANSWER: Four to five feet apart. Blueberries have shallow roots and need room to "roam" near the surface.

Doubled In Size!
I have a perfect environment to grow berries in were I live as the soil is naturally acidic. I planted the new bushes inside 30 inch tall x 7 inch diameter Tube shelters and it was off to the races for all but one of the 12 bushes I purchased. They all got regular feedings of Tre Pep and this year( early May of 2017 ) 7 have grown out of the top of the tube shelter and the other 5 are not far behind. I will not expect to see any berries until the 5th year which is OK with me as I have 38 bushes that are heirloom's (over 150 years old) that have really doubled their flower out put all from using Starks Blue Berry Fertilizer.
I eat blueberries every day and can't wait for the Stark bushes to start producing, then I will have to get a second freezer. OH what a dilemma!

Great to do Business with!
My order was delivered as expected with No issues, I planted the bushes near the end of 2014. Two of them did not survive the winter and were promptly replaced the next season with no problem. This Spring I am happy to report that they are thriving and already have a few berries. I am looking forward to when they are mature and producing lots of berries. I Highly recommend this addition to anyone's property.

Beautiful blueberries
We started this collection of blueberry bushes last year and they are doing great. We even had a few handfuls of berries this year already and are looking forward to the future crop.

Great Berry Plants
The plants showed up much, much later than the website advised. I planted them with my others. All seem to have over wintered just fine and are thriving.

Possibly a good year
First year only a couple berries and I let the robins eat them. My mother enjoyed watching them. So far this year it looks like I may get a good crop.

Still early
It’s only been one year so it is difficult to give an accurate review. All 6 plants I bought are still alive and I have some “bells” this year so that is a plus. Hoping for continued success.
