Description

The JonaStar® Jonagold Apple Tree is a relative of “Jonagold” with the same reliable quality, but with bright red, large apples, and tangy, juicy yellow-white flesh. This apple tree is an exciting full red variety that is virtually 100% red six to eight weeks before maturity. The apples color all the way through the tree, even in deep shade, making it a one-pick variety.

These bright red and crisp apples are great for cooking and baking. The unique flavor of the JonaStar® makes the fruit luscious enough to serve by itself as dessert!

Expect to harvest juice, delicious apples from this productive and healthy tree in late fall. The fruit of Jonastar® ship and store well, making it a homestead staple. Note: The pollen of the JonaStar® Jonagold apple is sterile and cannot be used to pollinate other varieties.

May be covered by USPP #20,590 or other patents.
