Exquisitely attractive fruit! Tree bears crops of small fruit with a flavorful green-yellow skin and a red blush. White flesh is sweet and juicy when this apple is eaten fresh and it also makes an invigorating cider. Smooth, glossy red cheeks inspired use in decorative wreaths. Referred to as a “Christmas apple”. Antique variety, originates from France, circa 1628. Cold-hardy. Ripens in late November. Pollinator required: Choose another apple variety.
