will Best of Everything Fruit Tree Orchard-In-A-Box grow inside greenhouse?
Mark W on Jan 9, 2017
BEST ANSWER: The likely outcome is that you won't get very much fruit because there aren't enough (if any) chill hours in a greenhouse, depending upon your location and your greenhouse setup. Fruit trees need a dormant period in order to produce fruit; if the "climate" you create is warm all of the time, your trees won't get enough "rest" and will continue to grow too much, which will eventually weaken them. You may want to learn more about "chill hours" for various species and varieties of fruit trees to see what each tree requires.

Wonderful "Best of Everything Fruit Tree Orchard in a Box"
Overall, everything is wonderful and definitely worth 5 stars. Initially, there were a few issues with survival rate. But, StarkBros quickly replaced what was necessary. They're a pleasure to work with and the trees are growing really well. Thank you!

Great starter pack
I bought this because of Stark's reputation. I was not disappointed. The plants were safely packed and beautiful. I have started my orchard. An excellent purchase.

Good selection
Planted last November. All came out of dormancy this spring. The Ben Davis 26619 developed leaves but after two months they turned yellow and then dropped off. The Orleans Apple 22067 showed sprouts but did not develop any foliage. The others are very hard and strong. They are a good product and will replace these items in the fall. Recommend enthusiastically.

Mini orchard
We planted these in the fall / early winter. This is our second spring. I am so happy about them overall. They are all growing well. One of the plums is my favorite look throughout the year. Perfect shape. The cherry tree blossomed this spring. Possibly the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. Looking forward to abundant fruit.

orchard trees
I planted them as instructed and all but one lived . It was replaced and everything was fine. Then this spring came and several of them did not make it through the winter. I wish that I had better news, but that's it.
