Description

About the Carolina Belle Peach

Experience the mouthwatering goodness of the Carolina Belle Peach, the epitome of summertime delight in your garden. Renowned for its exceptional fruit that is perfect for crafting honey-sweet peach preserves, this tree promises a delectable experience for every peach enthusiast. The Carolina Belle boasts large, 3-inch peaches that have garnered rave reviews for their outstanding taste and texture.

The fruit’s allure is further enhanced by its brilliant red skin, encasing creamy white flesh that bursts with a full, rich flavor. Considered a new and improved version of the beloved Belle of Georgia, the Carolina Belle Peach Tree originates from Raleigh, North Carolina, where it was carefully bred in 1987. Its lineage ensures it carries the best traits of its predecessors.

How to Grow the Carolina Belle Peach Tree

The Carolina Belle Peach tree is a gardener’s delight, known for its hardiness and ease of care. To cultivate this exceptional tree, choose a sunny spot in well-drained soil. Plant it in early spring, allowing it to establish strong roots before summer. Regular watering, especially during dry spells, ensures optimal fruit development.

With its natural resistance to bacterial leaf spot, the Carolina Belle remains healthy and vigorous. It features a freestone characteristic, meaning the fruit easily separates from the pit, simplifying your peach preparations. The tree’s self-pollinating nature further simplifies the growing process, requiring no additional pollinators for fruit production.

Marking the height of peach season, the Carolina Belle ripens in mid-August, offering an abundance of luscious peaches to savor, bake, or preserve. Experience the joy of cultivating your own delicious peaches with the Carolina Belle Peach tree in your garden.

Can you ship to Idaho?

The easist way to be sure if we can ship to your location is to enter your zipcode on the zone finder, the product page will wither have all the options to add item to cart if we can sip to that location or if you see a prohibited message then it is an agricultural restriction and we can not ship to that location.

Is it a dwaf?

That will depend upon which option you choose. Please see the "Choose an option" dropdown menu near the top of the page, which will show you the various sizes/options that are available.

Can it be planted in October in zone 7?

We appreciate you reaching out to us. Because weather and soil conditions vary so much from year to year and even within your zone, it's best to think of your planting time as a range of favorable conditions instead of an exact time.

You can plant new plants and trees:
1) when the ground is not frozen.
2) when daytime temperatures are above freezing (32ºF) and below 90ºF.
3) when extreme weather (blizzard, hail, torrential rain, etc.) is not in the forecast. Be sure to keep plants watered if you're transplanting in warm and/or dry weather.

If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to reach back out to us. Have a great day!

Your notation states that the Carolina Belle Peach Tree is out of stock for my area.  Why would my area matter regarding it being out of stock? Or is it just completely out of stock?

In some instances we may not be shipping to a specific zone but this item is currently completely out of stock this season.

So I read that the best time to plant was spring, but it says shipping for my zip code is end of July. If it ships in July when am I supposed to plant it?

Best peach tree ever, if I could only have one this would be it
This is one tough, beautiful, disease resistant, vigorous tree. I have one that's almost ten yrs old and produces hundreds of 3-4" succulent white peaches (unless the blooms get frozen, like all the other blossoms in my orchard this year). I've converted non-peach lovers and sell to customers and a fancy restaurant all from this one tree - I call it my money tree.

Love this dwarf peach!
I ordered and planted this tree in November 2014. It's now June 2016, and the tree has grown beautifully and requires very little maintenance. I expect to harvest peaches next summer.

Carolina Belle
We ordered this peach specifically because it is a white peach. We love white peaches. They seem to be sweeter and juicier than yellow types. Great tree.
