Description

New Product!

The Babcock Peach tree is a tremendous bearer of sweet, juicy, aromatic, white peaches. Babcock peach trees bloom with an abundance of showy pink blossoms in the spring with medium-sized fruit ripening in early July.

This freestone variety was once the gold standard of white peaches. Low in acid, the fruit is enjoyed fresh, baked in desserts and pies, or for canning and preserves.

Popular in California, the Babcock Peach is an excellent choice for mild climates, with minimal chill requirements. This self-fruitful tree prefers fertile, well-drained soil.

what are the chill hours required by this peach?
Melody L on Mar 3, 2021
BEST ANSWER: Babcock peach trees have low chill requirements (250 chill hours) and are very vigorous trees that do not need another pollinator, although one will contribute to a higher yield of larger fruit.
