My Hardiness Zone ?
The USDA hardiness zones offer a guide to varieties that will grow well in certain climates. Each zone corresponds to the minimum winter temperatures experienced in a given area. Make sure that your hardiness zone lies within the zone compatibility range of this variety before ordering.

Pollination

This variety is self pollinating.

In many cases, you may still want to plant pollinating partners to increase the size of your crops, but with self-pollinating varieties doing so is optional. Plant one of these varieties within 100' for best results.

Why did you choose this?

My Dad had a 100 acre peach orchard when we were kids. We picked and sold peaches from our fruit stand. This was one of our favorites. We had full size trees of course but I thought I would try this…

I enjoy peaches.

Self fertile. Also, it's a dwarf.

What time of year do they bloom?

Prett sure this answer will not be posted. Mine were on back order for some time, final received them in the fall which I didn't think it was a good time to plant them but I did. They have never did anything, last few weeks been thinking about buying some new ones since these look like they are dead. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THEM.

Can I plan a sunlight peach now, I. Live in Central Pennsylvania? Is this tree available?

We appreciate you reaching out to us. Because weather and soil conditions vary so much from year to year and even within your zone, it's best to think of your planting time as a range of favorable conditions instead of an exact time.

You can plant new plants and trees:
1) when the ground is not frozen.
2) when daytime temperatures are above freezing (32ºF) and below 90ºF.
3) when extreme weather (blizzard, hail, torrential rain, etc.) is not in the forecast. Be sure to keep plants watered if you're transplanting in warm and/or dry weather.

If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to reach back out to us. Have a great day!

BLS?

Hi Aaron, I am unfamiliar with what BLS stands for. How can I help you?

Can this be grown in a pot?

I am attaching the link to our guide on how to grow trees in pots. We would only recommend planting it in a pot if it is of dwarf variety.

Great purchase whether a beginner like me or experienced.
The process of purchasing was easy. It was easy to nurture and thrived. It bore fruit when still in the pot that I originally planted it in. It was awesome to see such a small plant bearing fruits. I now have it in the ground and it’s still bearing fruit.
