Description

The perfect plants for eager gardeners. Zesty horseradish roots can be harvested as soon as the ground thaws! Rhubarb and asparagus aren’t far behind. All of the vegetable plants in this Assortment are perennial and self-pollinating, and each one has low maintenance requirements along with high flavor. Note that rhubarb leaves should not be eaten.

Spring Stars!
So nice to be harvesting rhubarb and asparagus in the midst of spring clearing and planting! These two have been the stars of dinner many evenings, and are so productive that we are freezing the extra for winter meals. Truly delicious varieties!

Rhubarb didn't emerge
The horseradish and asparagus plants all came up and are looking good but I haven't seen anything of the rhubarb.
