Description

A stunning beauty of a gourmet carrot. Black Nebula is one of the darkest carrots available, from skin to core. Delicious raw, roasted, steamed or juiced, it retains its color when cooked and is incredibly high in anthocyanins, which are thought to help memory, liver and other conditions. Makes a beautiful juice; add a squeeze of lemon and watch it turn pink, or use the juice as a dye! If left in the garden, it morphs into an exquisite white flower tinged with lavender.
