No knife necessary, just enjoy! The colorful “Beauty Heart” radish of historic China! 4” round roots, white-and-green skin, striking rose-red center that is beautiful on a plate. Plant in late summer for harvest after the weather begins to cool. Can be lifted and stored in very cool (33º), humid conditions, where they will keep for weeks.
