Sugar Rush Peach Hot Pepper Seed

A delectable Aji-type snacking pepper. The long, peach-colored fruits come early, and are packed with loads of super-sweet, apricot and citrus flavors, and a smoky complex heat. Excellent for pickling, raw in salads, salsa or homemade ketchup. Especially good when roasted over an open flame, which brings out the fruitiness.
