Description

If you’ve got a little open space the Babylon Weeping Willow Tree is the perfect addition to bring elegance to your landscape.

Willow trees are medium to large deciduous that grow quickly to provide shade and privacy. This majestic ornamental tree boasts delicate hanging branches that sway with the wind. The long hanging tendrils grow beautiful light green leaves that turn yellow-gold color in the fall.

The Babylon Weeping Willow grows best in moist soil. In fact, their roots can soak up sitting water in swampy parts of your yard, making it usable again. In addition, many choose to plant this tree to prevent soil erosion.

This tree is considered easy to grow and is cold-hardy and even heat-tolerant. Just be sure to plant in space where roots can spread – Do not plant near any underground power lines or sewers, since weeping willows have exceptionally long roots.

Fast growth
I planted this in my backyard where the soil is always very wet, had to put fencing around it cause of bunnies eating it, I got this 3 or 4 years ago and its at least 8 ft tall now in 2022, I didn't even have to water it the 1st yrs because of how much water is in my soil, Easy lovely tree.

Excellent purchase
The tree is doing well...I know it would be larger but the cows managed to nibble on it a couple of times, even though it has a protective fence around it. I would purchase this tree again.

Beautiful! Growing well in mistreated soil, I can only imagine how well it would do in good soil.

Love it!

The Babylonian Willow has grown very well.
The willow has really grown phenomenally well since this spring. I can't wait to see it in the years to come. It's shade will certainly be welcome.
