is your cookbook only available through you?

No, the cookbook can be found through other booksellers as well.

Do you have any recipes for elderberries ?

I recommend reaching out to extension office they may have some.

It would help a great deal if you could include images of the table of contents or the index. Any way you could do this? I would want to know what the range of fruits are.  I don't really need more apple recipes, but medlar, che, quince, gooseberry or mulberry would be helpful. Without seeing the table of contents, I won't be purchasing.

I own the book, and the fruits the book has recipes for are: apples, apricots, asian pears, blackberries, blueberries, cherries, grapes, goji, peaches, pears, plums, strawberries, and raspberries.

Do you have hardy appricots  trees ?

Our apricots are good for zones 5-8.

Do the recipes include those listed for individual apple pie, persimmon cake, wine and apple vinegar making?

Hi Anna, Are you wanting to know if the recipes list individual fruit varieties in the recipe?
