Questions & Answers
Yes. I used this to get rid of scale on a magnolia tree. Worked like a charm
I'm not sure, because the label doesn't mention any application directions for use on lawns. Because it is a violation of Federal Law to use the product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling, I'd have to recommend finding a spray that is specifically intended for use on lawns to control moss.
This is 80% mineral oil.
Horticultural oil can be used alone as a dormant oil, or it may be added to fungicides or bactericides as a spray adjuvant. Combining Horticultural oil with a copper fungicide will greatly reduce diseases such as coryneum blight or peach leaf curl.

The safe answer is yes. I clipped the following from the internet, just to help you understand my answer.
A good time to apply dormant oil is right after a period of rain or foggy weather. Don't apply to drought-stressed trees or to any tree during fog, rain or during or prior to hot or freezing weather. If it rains within hours of application, reapply the treatment.
Good luck!
You will need to follow the label directions. Under the description it will have an option to download the label.
The product is effective against Japanese beetles, but you will likely have to reapply. And depending on how many you have it may not take care of the problem. Hope this helps you.
