Snowbank White Blackberry Plant
Description
Another Luther Burbank winner! Snow-white berries are translucent, milky-white in color but have all the flavor of a “normal” blackberry. The drupelets look like tiny pearls and are simply beautiful little fruits. Berries stay whiter than other similar varieties as berries ripen, and with much better flavor. A vigorous, trailing-type grower with good disease-resistance. Ripens in late July. Originated in 1916 by Luther Burbank as an improved form of his original white blackberry, ‘Iceberg’. Self-pollinating.

Questions & Answers
I have this plant and yes, they do have thorns
They're going to thrive best in full sun even in Northern Florida and Texas, no question the further north you go the more they will require maximum sunlight, landscaping cloth will keep the roots from drying out between watering and keep weed maintenance to a minimum.

We appreciate you reaching out to us. The issue will be the amount of chill hours it requires to bear fruit. Most blackberries need relatively few winter chilling hours; they will fruit well where temperatures are below 45°F for 300 or more hours per year. You can attempt to grow these but we can not guarantee them to fruit if you do not meet chill hour requirements.
