The Aztec Fuji® Apple is considered the best Fuji on the market. This tree is similar in shape, growth habit, and production to other Fuji apple trees, but the beautiful highlights and deep red color give the Aztec its own unique look.

The Aztec Fuji® is definitely a dessert apple. Thin-skinned, with a firm, crisp texture, the apples are large in size and deliver a sweet flavor and low acidity. Perfect for baking apple pie!

Aztec Fuji® are fast producing and have a notably long shelf-life, making it an easy choice for homesteaders and farmers. It originates from a random seedling selection of a Fuji variety in New Zealand and was developed for its vigor and great taste. This apple tree is early blooming and late-ripening and requires a pollinator nearby.
