Flamin' Fury® (PF 7A Freestone) Peach Tree
Description
A very showy bloomer with an earlier crop. This Paul Friday variety is a sweet, yellow-fleshed peach that comes along a week and half before Redhaven. The scarlet color is striking when ripe, and the flavor and texture is fine, dense and satisfying. A pretty perfect all-around peach for cooking/baking and preserving. Freestone, as the name suggests. Ripens in mid-July. Self-pollinating, but yields bigger crops when planted near a different peach variety with a similar bloom time. May be covered by USPP #17,045 or other patents.
