Any way you slice ‘em, the possibilities are endless. “Pears” perfectly with cheese, baked, roasted or eaten fresh. This fruit has the classic Bosc pear shape and is true to its name with a russet brown skin and yellowish-white flesh. Discovered in an orchard in Oregon. Best pollinator: Bartlett.
