Description

New Product!

Fantastic yields. Dense-fleshed, 2-3 oz. pear-shaped plum tomatoes grow prolifically on compact plants. Very dense and richly flavored fruits, with few seeds. Reduce watering amount as tomatoes ripen for the meatiest fruits. Resistant to blossom-end rot and early blight. Great for sauces, salsas and paste — also delicious as a slicer, not so for most Romas. Deer-resistant. Determinate.

  • Produce size: 2-3 oz. each
  • Yield: 20-30 lbs. per plant

In 2017, discovered the deliciousness of dehydrated Roma tomatoes. I halve them, take out the seeds, lightly sprinkle with salt and dehydrated basil, then pop them in the dehydrator until leathery. The flavor is so intense. Romas are the only tomato I plan to grow from now on.

Romas
First time gardener. I followed the instructions on the packet. It took about five days to germinate. So far so good. I am excited for my purchase and looking forward to making sauces and paste.

Pretty much the fav every year
I grow in zone 7 and grow pretty much everything. Aside from Brandywines, these are everyone's favorite for sandwiches (great for tomato mayo), salads, they can last for MONTHS without going bad when picked slightly underripe, they can well, and they are prolific. Says determinate but mine crank out til frost! HIGHLY recommended by long term tomato grower.
