Fall Red Everbearing Raspberry Plant
Description
Early first crop, great for northern gardens. Stout, vigorous canes yield medium-to-large, bright-red berries rich in flavor and berry aroma. Berries are great on their own for fresh eating as well as being used in jams, salads, or snacks. Cold-hardy. Early fall-bearing (everbearing) primocane with a summer crop. Floricane berries ripen in June and July. Primocane berries ripen mid-August through frost. Self-pollinating.
Note: Do not plant Red, Gold or Purple raspberries within 75-100 feet of Black raspberries. Black raspberries may be more susceptible to viral diseases carried by aphids to and from nearby raspberry plants.
