I've had good luck with leek plants, this is a good price for a bunch of leeks, and they
freeze well also. I really prefer leeks fresh, but I'm grateful to have them in the winter as well!

Great Product!
Leeks grow so well in my garden at 7100 feet in SE Utah. If I use small plants they get large and delicious by fall. The ones I ordered this year from Starks Bros were very healthy and I am sure will do well.

I have been ordering Lancelot leeks for years and was always pleased. This year, the plants were far too small and many died, despite good care and enough water. They should not be shipped this small!
I had about 50% loss.

lancelot leeks
These leeks grew real large and were the best I've ever had. In the fall I pulled them up and the bottoms were large and pure white. Made the best potato leek soup ever. They freeze real well just sliced the white to light green parts and froze them on a cookie sheet. Used this last winter in stir fries and soups.
