The most berries for your buck. Semi-trailing (sometimes called “semi-erect”) blackberry varieties are the most productive, giving you quart after quart of berries later in the season. Because they’re prone to ramble — though not as much as pure trailing blackberries — they require support in the form of a trellis or fence. Proper pollinators are conveniently included so you’ll get an abundance of blackberry flowers and fruit.

Sadly disappointed.
I have waited the better part of two growing seasons before writing a review, in hopes that with more time I would have something favorable to say. Unfortunately, all I can report is that my twelve plants are still alive but most have shown scarcely any growth. Perhaps this experience is somehow particular to me, but I will quickly add that I have had substantial success with bare root blackberry and raspberry plants supplied by Miller Nurseries before Stark took over. Nothing against Stark, but these plants have disappointed, and I would recommend bare root instead.
